You will then be able to begin your training program (approx. duration of 30 hours), dedicating the number of hours you agreed to upon joining. A TDC Campus trainer will follow up with you on a weekly basis to discuss your training performance, success and challenges, and provide coaching based on your needs. The trainer will be available to you by email, phone and video conference via Teams.
Yes, we provide all our Transat Travel agents with a website featuring six booking engines for packages, flights, car rentals, accommodations, sightseeing tours/shore excursions and insurance. All the content for your Transat Travel website is managed for you by TDC.
This is a web portal that our agents can access to find marketing programs, promotions, supplier information including commission, training and events, and so much more. You can access it from any device with Internet access, 24/7.
We have a dedicated support team for our agent@home program. Once you join, we’ll also provide you with a list of contacts from the various departments you may need to reach.
You’ll have 24/7 access to our extranet, where you’ll find answers to general questions. For more detailed information, you may need to speak with an expert who is available during regular business hours, from 9 am to 5 pm EST.
Yes, you can contact our IT department Monday to Friday between 7 am and 6 pm, and on holidays between 8 am and 4:30 pm.

In no province are agent@home professionals permitted to provide consultant services in their homes. It is recommended to meet clients in an agreed upon public location. If you’re a Transat Travel agent@home, you’re entitled to 15 hours of pre-approved free desk time per month at a Transat Travel agency location. If this limit is exceeded, an hourly rate of $15 will apply.
Brochure delivery is very costly, so we encourage you to use the electronic versions of brochures available on your Transat Travel website. In addition, you can visit specific supplier websites that generally have an e-brochure available on their website if one has not been made available to TDC. Many suppliers also have tools for emailing customized content to customers that may provide them with helpful information.
